Destiny Dance Competition is not responsible for any rules, policies or dates missed.
At a registering studio, please ensure to read all information prior to registering.

Payment Information:
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to hold your studios reservation. The deposit is non transferable or refundable under any circumstance.
In the unfortunate event that Destiny cannot run a live event due to extreme circumstances beyond their control, a rescheduled event will be provided within 1 year of the scheduled date.
Early bird pricing is valid for studios that pay their deposit by November 1st, 2024. All registration information & payments are due January 10th, 2025.

Dancers who are injured with a medical note are subject to a full refund (to the studio) minus the $30 dance registration fee.
Changes to your registration beyond January 10th, will be non-refundable for changes made (including dancers being removed from entries).
There is a one time per competition Dancer Registration Fee of $30.00+ tax per dancer. This offers an inclusive package with free media, dancer swag bag, virtual finals, contests and more giveaways all weekend long.
Prices are per dancer in Canadian dollars before taxes. HST is applicable.
We accept the following forms of payment: Credit Card, E-Transfer & Cheques. All cheques should be made out to: Destiny Dance Competition.
An invoice will be provided and information can be found on your Dance Comp Genie account.
Prices are per dancer and subject to HST.
All payments of the registration fees for the even must be made by the listed payment dates. Any registration or payment submitted after the final entry deadline is subject to a late fee of 10% of the total registration fee for the event.
Any changes made to entries by the studio after the finalized schedule has been sent to registrants and is subject to a $10.00 fee per change.

Registration:
The competition may take place between 1-3 days. We have the right to add or subtract days where necessary.
Studio registration is on a first come first serve basis by method of deposit to secure their spot.
Studios may register up to 150 entries maximum per event.
Studio directors are expected to be honest when registering their dancers by their correct: age, dance level, and dance style.
Studio directors are our primary client. Any information regarding dates, scheduling, payments or concerns are only dealt with between the studio director and Destiny Dance Competition.
Studio directors are responsible for signing a release of liability waiver on behalf of their registered dancers. All dancers attending Destiny Dance Competition agrees to have their photo/video taken for media and promotional purposes.
Destiny Dance Competition will not be responsible for any additional charges incurred by students, teachers, choreographer or parents while attending any of our events (i.e.; hotel, gas, food, etc).

The preliminary schedule will be sent a minimum of 1 month prior to the competition. The final schedule will be sent 14 days prior (or sooner) to the event date.
We cannot guarantee to accommodate all requests.
Destiny Dance Competition will not issue refunds for unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, road closures, or any other extraneous circumstances where as a dancer cannot make their performance slot.
In the event of the competition needing to cancel an event for an unforeseen circumstance, the event will be rescheduled, no refunds permitted.
If a performance does not happen in its designated slot time, Destiny Dance Competition will do it's best to reschedule the performance before the next adjudication.
In the registration process, Destiny is not liable for errors in the studio's registration - no refunds will be provided. We can make changes on-site if necessary.
